It's a very slippery slope when it comes to believing and hoping after you spent half your salary on a cream that you will see results-in my opinion(I am a true cream queen)trial and error is very costly so I read as many reviews(on-line) as possible before I buy and have basically been pretty lucky-I have found retinA prescription or none prescription to be a very large part in aiding many skin problems-to me it's the holy grail of creams and I also use other creams on top and sunscreen. Exfoliation is a big key in the battle to maintain a youthful face.

Good thing I didn't like those anyway. I was happy to see none of my favorites were on that list, lol.

I am an esthetician and I have my doubts when it comes to wrinkle products. Especially when it says on the label "with Collagen". The wrinkles are usually 300 micrometer deep and the cream’s smoothing effect is just 10 micrometer, which means the smoothing effect of the cream only reaches 10 micrometer depth. The Collagen and Elastin are in the Dermis. (The Dermis is under the epidermis. Epidermis the surface of the skin which has 5 levels. ) Collagen in creams can not reach the Dermis, just the Epidermis IF(!) their molecules are not too big, thus it can not treat wrinkles. It has moisturizing effect on the epidermis, but that's it. We need agents what helps to regenerate the collagen fibers. So far the most effective wrinkle agent is Retinoic acid (Tretinoin). But it has few side effects. On my blog you can find more information about agents what helps to regenerate the collagen fibers and about Retinoic acid. bebeautysmart.com
