No. 10: Memphis, Tenn. If there actually was a whole lotta shakin’ going on in Elvis' city, Memphis might not have cellulite issues. But nearly 30 percent of the city's residents don't exercise on a regular basis, and more than 70 percent of the population is considered overweight or obese.
I am from the south and there is a huge misnomer about health in those regions. There are some very healthy and beautiful people who live there, but extremes exist as well. I think it has to do with poverty/income/types of jobs. There are more factory and blue collar jobs. They do what they can with what they have.
I was able to lose 25 pounds in 28 days without exercise. This is actually a healthy way to loose weight. It resets your metabolism and the best part is that when the diet is over, you won't gain your weight back. Message me for more details!
I am TOTALLY suprised Atlanta was not on here.

Since I'v been here in America I notice people worry to much about thier weight. I hear skiny women complaining all the time talking about how fat they are and how they want to loose weight. Im no where near skiny but I'm healthy, I dont under stand American women and why you all afraid to have some meat on bones.
I agree with Galorify, please put the articles on one page, I still have dial up and it takes forever to go from one page to the next...please consider this!
I love your posts, but would enjoy them even more if we didn't have to move to a new page for each thought. I have high speed internet and still find it annoying. It keeps me from reading some of your posts, just because of the time it takes to move through the pages. Thanks for great topics and interesting articles.
