How to Look Awake and Refreshed Every Morning
Puffy eyes, dark circles and dull skin are no match for these tricks
Before Bed:
If you wake up with dehydrated skin, then you're not doing the right nighttime routine. Before bed, make sure you cleanse, tone, and use a serum for any skin issues and a moisturizer for your skin type (find out what the best products for your skin are here). -- Marion Simms, founder of SkinSense Wellness Center

Fabulous information re:Retin-A-it is the holy grail-have been a user for years-then comes the Theapeutica sleeping pillow-every morning I wake up with pillow marks-I had tried to sleep with talika strips on some spots but they come off on the pillow-not good-so I will look to purchase the Terapeutica sleeping pillow-it will certainly be worth the money-surely less than injections all over my face. Thanks for the great article.

I look best when I sleep on my back. My face stays line free and smooth.
