Mother and daughter: Mary Anne and Maureen
Mary Anne, 59, and Maureen, 30, are training for a 5K race to benefit the American Heart Association. "We thought it would be a great experience -- especially doing it together," says Maureen about prepping for the race with her mom. The pair is extremely close, and says they always have been.When they arrive, they are both extremely excited to spend a day together at the salon -- and they're open to anything. "I'm a teacher, and I'm pretty low-maintenance," says Maureen. "I've never even colored my hair -- maybe a glaze and that's it." So she's ready for a fun change. For Mary Anne, it's all about versatility. "My hair is naturally curly, so I'd love a cut that works with my natural texture but can also be blown out to look polished."
