How Do You Do Your Makeup When You're Going to Fashion Week?
Our NYC beauty editor will be spending the next eight days interviewing the best beauty professionals in the business. And they will be judging her makeup. (Fun, right?) Here's how she's stepping up her look
Eyes I've always had a little complex about having downturned eyes, but fortunately it's easy enough to "correct" with eyeliner. A stroke of black gel liner along my lashes with a subtle upward-sweeping cat-eye shape makes all the difference. Suddenly, I look more awake.
I'll layer the liner over basic beige eyeshadow. I'm not particularly adventurous with shadow colors, and I want my look to go with whatever outfit I decide to wear each day. Then, I'll finish it off with a few coats of volumizing mascara -- top lashes only.
