My favourite is loyalty schemes like I Conjure Candles have because then you get something back. They should all have money off for friends.

Although The Beauty Place page on Facebook didn't make it on your list, they hold contests and have giveaways all the time. For example, you can win a Pink Bio Ionic Whisper Light ProDryer Set for the best beauty tip submitted today on their facebook page.
