Best Hair: Nicole Richie
We're still on the fence about Nicole Richie's periwinkle eyeshadow, but we instantly swooned over her flawless retro waves. After blowing out Richie's hair, Suave Professionals stylist Jenny Cho then used a one-inch barrel to curl her hair and pin the ringlets in place. Then, she blasted the hair with a blow dryer all over for 2 minutes to help set the curls.
