No. 13: Clairol Nice 'n Easy ColorSeal Conditioner, $3.99

TotalBeauty.com average reader rating: 8.1*
Why: Readers "jumped for joy" when they saw Clairol was "finally selling this conditioner separately from the hair dye." "It makes my hair look in better condition than before I colored it," raves one reader. "My color stays longer, my hair is soft and shiny, and any damage that highlighting might cause is totally mitigated," says another reader. "It doesn't take much (a nickel size amount) of this stuff to make my hair color shine," one reader says. It "easily extends color by at least two weeks" and readers say they "keep this on hand for the extra boost colored hair deserves."

Aveda makes great color enhancing haircare. The Pureology one listed here is the only one worth trying.

I love pantene. But Pantene has dominated both in shampoo article and here too. May be they have a large variety for every hair type and color?!!!!!

Aveda works pretty good on colored hair. the others listed don't work as far as my hair goes.
