Maybe you're sore from hitting the gym like a maniac. Or perhaps you're dealing with chronic pain you can't seem to shake. Here are 7 simple stretches that'll put an end to your aches and pains so that you can start the New Year feeling great
Do the mountain pose
Start to wake up a bit more and center yourself with this pose:• Stand up straight with your hips tucked underneath you, feet together.
• Let your arms hang at your sides.
• Spread out your toes and feel the floor beneath you with all four corners of your feet.
• Reach your arms above your head and stretch one arm toward the ceiling and repeat with the other arm.
