Stretches That Will Ditch Your Aches and Pains
Maybe you're sore from hitting the gym like a maniac. Or perhaps you're dealing with chronic pain you can't seem to shake. Here are 7 simple stretches that'll put an end to your aches and pains so that you can start the New Year feeling great
Breathe
The first thing you want to do when you wake up in the morning is take a few quality breaths, says Fowler. Taking a minute to focus on your breathing will wake up your mind and get your blood flowing. See her tips below:
• Sit on the floor in a comfortable crossed leg position.
• Take a deep breath in through your nose -- hold it for a few moments and breathe out through your mouth.
• Repeat three times.

I'm gonn have to try these! Though I sit in child's pose at night time because I have chronic back pain that I can't shake. It stretches out my back and butt.
