Taylor Chang-Babaian, Hair and Makeup Stylist:

Hi, my name is Taylor and I'm going to show you how to revamp limp curly hair after a long day at the office, so you're ready for a night out on the town. Let's get started.

So what you want to do is you want to take a small section and you're going to use a curling iron about three quarters to an inch wide and you're just going to wrap it around the hair. Hold it for a few seconds. You're basically duplicating the curl. I'm just going to let it go, and break it down. And you don't have to do the whole head. You just need to take a few sections so it gives that allusion of the curly hair being back after a long day. Now I'm just wrapping around the complete iron. You can also, if you want a tighter curl, you can go through the barrel as opposed to the entire iron. Now if you're using a curling iron you don't really need a lot of product. You can actually just set it with hairspray afterwards and it'll make the curls look softer.

If you don't have a curling iron at the office, what you can do is take a small section, put some mousse onto the section, or the whole strand, wrap it around your finger, pretending like your finger is an inch barrel iron and then just clip it onto the head. When you let it down you'll get a nice wave. I'm going to do a series of these on the head, same as the curling iron. You don't have to do the entire head. Just random curls. Okay so we revamped a few curls just randomly in the hair. We're going to let these go and get a nice soft curl. If you want a stronger curl, you just leave them in a little longer. Run your fingers through, just to break it up a bit. Now we'll move onto the rest of the head, we'll do the other side and the back. We'll be right back.

So we finished curling the hair all the way around and now I'm just going to clean it up and take away some of the frizzies. You can either use some gel or some pomade and we're just going to loosely throw that all throughout the curly hair.

And that's how quick and easy it is to get curls revamped now she's ready for a night on the town.

Yeah this is more for people with straight hair who curl it, but that is me so I am glad I read the article.

I have naturally curly hair but, unfortunately for me, my hair has NEVER been that limp. Many times by the end of the day my hair appears as if I stuck my finger in a light socket. Don't think the curling iron thing would help but, I have sprayed it with a refresher and tied it up to calm it down and refresh the curl so that when I let it down it is curly again.
