This really makes a difference
I have really fair skin, hereditary bags & lines, etc. I can honestly say I've had dark circles since I was born, lol. My sister and I stumbled upon this product, out of desperation. We had a big event to go to, were both out of concealor, and had to make a mad dash to the beauty isle for anything that would make us look decent. This made us look like we had just woke up, refreshhed, bright eyed, I even got compliments from people who thought I had "something" done, lol.
