I added this on to my triple moisture shampoo and conditioner and was very pleased with the result. You only need a little bit, spread around between your hands and dap it all over your hair. My result was healthy shiny hair without weighing it down. Overtime my overproccesed hair keeps on looking better! The bottle lasts forever, it is just hard to find.
