This creamy shampoo smells like chocolate thanks to cocoa bean extract, and it lathers and rinses easily. However, its benefits fall short of spectacular. It claims to enhance shine, brighten color and moisturize, but there wasn't a truly noticeable difference between this and my usual Pantene Sheer Volume Shampoo. I may still use the John Frieda just for the mouth-watering smell, though -- it's that good.

if you color treat it is recommended to use something like this once a week to keep it vibrant looking. I think that this works well as a shampoo, the color part is tricky.
