John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shine Release Moisturizing Shampoo with Light Enhancers
Editor's Rating & Review
This creamy shampoo smells like chocolate thanks to cocoa bean extract, and it lathers and rinses easily. However, its benefits fall short of spectacular. It claims to enhance shine, brighten color and moisturize, but there wasn't a truly noticeable difference between this and my usual Pantene Sheer Volume Shampoo. I may still use the John Frieda just for the mouth-watering smell, though -- it's that good.

ok
it's not terrible, it does the cleaning job and doesn't make my hair feel tacky or stripped, but it's not much unless you use the conditioner with it, it didn't enhance my color on its own and it did give my hair a little gloss but not what I was looking for. — 2 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Has good scent, gives clean feeling but does it work?
I don't see any significant change in my hair after using about one month. With this price I think there are other similar products out there. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Smells heavenly-but doesn't work great!
This shampoo has a very nice lather, and it cleansed my hair very well. OH! And it smells soooo yummy :) But it did absolutly nothing for my medium length, brunette locks. It was moistuzing, it didn't add shine, it didn't enhance my color-nothing. However, I will keep it in my shower for those days that I run out of my shampoo. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
