ugh

I had this and hated it! Its bigger size makes it clunky and you cant get up close to your scalp, and i had the hear pulling problem too! It would break and rip my hair when it got caught under the ceramic part. I have thick hair and it didnt straighten it very well at all. Go for the paul mitchell ceramic flat iron, its the best ever!

Ouch! This thing is breaking my hair!!!

I have fine blonde hair and it gets caught in the space between the iron pads and the plastic holder! Straight hair or broken hair? I choose NOT broken! I'll look for a different straightener!

Works winders on my 6 year olds hair

My daughter's hair has a mind of her own and in the morning when it is too cold to take a shower, it is the best way to keep her hair shiny and manageable. She loves to have her hair "ironed".
