Just okay acne treatment gel for me

I've been suffering from adult acne for years. Even though Clinique Acne Solution system made some minor difference, none of the acne treatment worked completely. This Neutrogena gel eliminated or reduced the size of some pimples, but I kept getting new blemishes at the same time. What I did not like this one is that this stuff left some parts of my face very dry and flaky. I was very disappointed with this product because I normally trust Neutrogena products. This made my skin SO dry and it didn't help the acne situation... I think it made it worse by over drying my skin.
