The original Definicils is a Lancome top seller and a favorite, since it adds length and volume without clumping, running or flaking. (It's always been my go-to and go-back-to mascara.) So when testing out the Pro version of this classic, I was skeptical. It has the same formula, but with a curved brush. Straight brushes are easier to use, and the curve didn't change the look dramatically, so I say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    Nice thick and dark lashes

    I've done comparisons with this mascara with other name brand mascaras, and I learned that this mascara darkens my lashes the most. Also thickens them. However, it does not help with the length and volume of my lashes. Worth the try though. September 3, 2008, 10:04 am

    My favorite mascara

    I have always loved Definicils because it lasts all day, doesn't run, and looks lovely. But I love the Pro because of the curved wand. I have small, deep set eyes and I need to really make sure I apply mascara to the lashes on the outer corner of my eyes. This wand makes that really easy to do. January 27, 2008, 11:16 am

    Lancome Definicils Pro Mascara

    I have used this mascara for many years and even suggested to friends to use. I like how it goes on smooth, doesn't clump and the brush makes it easy for me to get the top outer corners and the bottom lashes as well. It use to be the popular GWP. That's how I became so attached to this mascara. The only draw back I have not...iced it will smudge some underneath my lower lashes. I can not wear waterproof so that is not an option for me.     This has always been a good brand of mascara, and this one did not dissapoint. There's not a whole lot of difference to this "pro" formual and the regular one, however, so I'll stick with the original. May 22, 2008, 11:59 am

    Worth every penny

    As a college student, I use a mixture of drugstore and department counter products. But when it comes to mascara, this one is worth the price. It reaches all the lashes in the very corners of my eyes, and gives great length. Also doesn't clump all over the place. I love it! December 17, 2007, 1:02 am

    In my opinion Lancome makes the greatest mascara on earth. I have stick-straight eyelashes that I have to curl like crazy!! Lancome's mascara keeps my eyelashes curly and long all day. No clumps or caking....ever!!! December 11, 2007, 9:02 am

    Great Alternative to the original

    I love this product. It really does seem to curl the lashes. It is just as good as regular Definicils. It lasts all day, without smudging or flaking. You do not need to use the waterproof version, this works great. November 30, 2007, 12:43 am

    Best mascara on the market!

    This mascara does a terrific job lengthening and thickening my lashes. The brush is fantastic at separating my lashes, and best of all, this mascara rinses easily with eye-makeup remover, or even simple soap and water. No more raccoon eyes! November 29, 2007, 10:02 am
