So disappointed
For the most part my skin is clear with few problem areas. I bought this acne system hoping that since I was paying so much more than I ever have, that my skin would be flawless or even just an improvement. My first impression after using it, I liked how it made my skin feel. The cleanser was decent. Just like any gel cleanser I have used. (I prefer an exfoliant.) The toner made my skin feel very...read more clean and then the moisturizer made my skin soft without feeling oily. That is something really hard to find since I have oily/combination skin. And the spot treatment is a great idea IF IT WOULD WORK. BUT every single time I have used these products my face seems to have break outs ALL OVER. I would stop using the products for a few weeks and try it again and the next day I would have multiple acne spots all over my face. Pretty Good
I used this a few days before my prom and it did magic!! I have ugly acne scars, huge pored, huge blemishes, and and oily t zone. This system did WONDERS! I didn't like how it burned my skin! Like it was on fire! Pretty hurts man. Because the the results were amazing! Great Product. Mary Kay Does It Again.
The mary kay clear proof acne system works great. I just started using it about a week ago and my blemishes are already gone. The acne treatment gel is one of the best I've ever used. I have sensitive skin and this product works excellent. I don't have any discomfort or problems after using and the moisturizer keeps my skin soft all day. Great system!
I've been battling adult acne since I turned 18. My entire family sells Mary Kay so I've always ended up coming back to it. This product has finally done the trick! I use Neutrogena make up remover and then this system with my clairsonic. It's been a little miracle worker. Great product, but MUST be consistent!
I started using this system a few weeks ago, and while I noticed a huge positive almost overnight, I noticed that my acne (which I've been dealing with for years) would only remain under control when I consistently stayed with the product. I use a stronger cleanser along with the one in the system, but I'm sure to be careful about it because both cleansers contain salicylic acid and can dry out my skin. BEWARE!
The active ingredient in the Clear Proof system is entirely different than in any other Mary Kay facial products... I have never had an allergic reaction to ANYTHING before in my life, but within an hour of using this product, my entire face swelled up, turned very red and itched miserably.
