Not the best out there, but a pretty good drugstore product.

This liner stays on my top lash line with no smudges all day (score!), but sadly fades from the waterline after a couple hours. I carry it with me for touch-ups. Application is fair; it goes on fairly smoothly with some tugging, but not a lot. Overall, I've tried better, but for it's price, this liner performs fairly well.

a great "starter" liquid eyeliner

Because I’m fair my eyes tend to vanish into my face, and so I always look much better with a simple brown eye liner. The problem has been that I’ve never liked eye liner pencils – my hand isn’t steady enough, and I’ve found it hard to get a natural look with them. It’s more forgiving of mistakes and more natural looking, although it’s time consuming enough that if I’m in a rush I’m forced to skip it, and sometimes I do end up with raccoon eyes at the end of the day. So long story short, I became curious about liquid eye liners and researched them in the reviews here. This product is my first foray in to liquid eye liners, based on the reviews you all have shared. And I have to say, it’s working beautifully. I got it in blackish brown, and it glides on easily with a smooth, clean line, that is still soft and natural-looking. If I’m in a rush I can just do one quick sweep above and below each eye and I’m good to go. If I have more time, I can layer and define it more for a bolder look. And as far as staying power, the first time I tried it (just around the house) I first drew a couple test lines on the palm of my hand to get a sense of the thickness of the applicator – then forgot to wash them off. When I finally noticed them a couple hours later, they were as strong and clean as when I’d first applied them – and this was after doing chores around the house and petting my cats. So, I would say this product is a winner.

Love it

I just got this a few days ago. It's a nice alternative to kohl/pencil liners which can often go on too thick or pull on the eye far too much, and I know many people have issues with it showing up, but those can be easily resolved by shaking it and pressing it on its side. It is a nice rich black color when used properly, and I must say it can be a little tricky lining the bottom, but I think this...read more is a nice sort of marker liner for the upper lid, and good for beginners with liquid/gel liners, and useful for creating a winged or cateye look. It will smear a little, but I think once it's set with some powder or at least completely dry, its probably fine unless you have really oily skin. **sorry I meant this as a review for the liquid pen

BEST EYELINER

I've tried many eyeliners but Revlon Colorstay is the BEST! Expensive doesn't compare to better. I've told all my girlfriends and they're all hooked! Smooth consistency, easy to blend/smudge, stays ON until you take it off and removes easily!

Waste of time.

This eyeliner smudges all over my eyelid just as I applied it. The colors are not very pigmented, so I have to apply a lot of it to get the dramatic wing eyeliner I like to use almost everyday. I think is for girls that like a more natural look, as they were not wearing eyeliner.

Pretty good at staying all day

I used to use this eyeliner all of the time but it doesn't last for 18 hours. Mine started migrating after about 6 which isn't bad, I usually do a quick re-do at lunch anyway.

Revlon color stay eyeliner

This is by far the best eyeliner. I love how it glides on easily and sweat proof. With my oily skin and a job that requires me to go outdoors in all sorts of weather this stuff stays put, even in hot, muggy weather.

Best ever!

I have been using Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner for years, very disappointed that they discontinued my color, Blackberry!!! I really wish they would bring this back instead of having Teal. The product is great!

Always has been great

One of the best eyeliners ever, has been for me for ten years about. Always can count on this. Sometimes it breaks to easily that's why I didn't give it a ten.
