Wonderful liners, very wearable
The eye shine liners are one of the best selling products and Lise Watier is known for these. They are soft, very comfortable and come in a ton of colours, I have about 15 or so. They are waterproof but not to the degree that some other pencils are. The thing that makes these so good is the soft metallic shine, not harsh or overbaring and they can be used in the waterline as well, they can be smudged. A soft look that catches the light as opposed to a dramatic look of liquid or regular pencil liners. Good for using if the colour is brighter and you want a subtle look with it. I find they have encouraged me to step out of usual liner colours and wear lots of different shades. Easy to apply no tugging etc just like butter.
