What a Steal!
I reviewed this several years ago for another site; I was the "Drugstore Deals Reviewer," and you can hardly find a better steal than this one. For a little less than $4.00, NYC provides brow powder, a nice wax to keep unruly brows in shape, tiny tweezers that actually DO work, and a stiff-bristled brush. Keep a palette on your vanity, one in your purse, and yet another at work for touch-ups.
