Love it.
I just bought this for $10 and I love it! I usually used regular liquid eyeliner or those liquid pens for my top eyeliner and winged tips, but it was way too messy and super frustrating... but this solves all of those problems. It goes on very smoothly and perfect for those diffficult winged tips.. not messy at all, and stays on as long as you want. favorite eyeliner
stays right where i put it, nice bold color, doesnt smudge. the brush that comes with it is great, and it is easy to apply once you get a feel for it. I have been looking for a waterproof eyeliner. My eyelids are getting a little wrinkley, so this really works. It comes with a great brush.
