Pretty Good
I've been using this for about a week along with the matching conditioner (which I also reviewed). I gave the conditioner an 8/10 so I guess for the shampoo and conditioner when used together, I'd give them a 7. I'm basing my review on the fact that this is a drug-store product at a fairly low price point, but I'm also speaking from the viewpoint of someone who has naturally curly hair that is dry/damaged from some health conditions, side effects from medications, and from flat ironing and blow drying my hair. I wasn't a huge fan of the smell, it does smell like honey (which I don't really like). Not sure if this product will make my hair stronger in the long run (I kind of worry that cheaper, drug store products of this type will damage my hair over time) but I've had decent results when using this shampoo along with the conditioner. I wouldn't say it's calmed down my frizzy hair or necessarily made it appear less damaged, but it does feel softer after using it. It didn't leave me with any build up or residue. I bought this on sale, so it was under $3 so I feel satisfied with my purchase. This set didn't do a thing for my hair. It dried my hair out and made it sticky/tacky. My hair broke off just as much as usual too. It also didn't smell particularly good.
