Matte shadows.
This palette is very similar to the Urban Decay Naked Palette. The colors are neutral, no sparkle, and you can do a nice smokey eye. Like all Too Faced palettes, it comes with instruction cards. The colors are extremely saturated, and stay on when you use their eye Shadow Insurance.
