Love but can't afford...
I purchased the Kate Somerville ExfoliKate from QVC with easy payments. I fell in love with this! I love every aspect of this product. I can really feel this working and the results are glowing, radiant, smooth skin. My only problem is it is too expensive for my budget. I do try to purchase it 3 times a year so I can still get my fix! :) — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Extremely over priced!
I tried this product out and while it is nice, it's not nice enough to pay $175 for 5 oz. of product. It's very course and grainy, the exfoliates are very tiny which works well. While using the product though my skin felt raw, it heated up and I felt as if my skin was being burned, like a rug burn. It was not pleasant and I rinsed it right off after the 30 second mark. My skin did not feel any better then before I used the mask and was actually a little flaky. I feel like this dried me out. Also the smell was not great, and I don't really care for the color of it either, it's a nasty puce shade. I wouldn't buy this at the dollar store. — 1 month, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Intense is Right!
I got a deluxe sample of this through a monthly subscription box service and I was so excited to see it and try it out. I love the idea of an exfoliating treatment that uses fruit enzymes to gently exfoliate your skin. This also has physical exfoliators in it so when you massage your skin, you are getting a light exfoliation that way too. Once this hit my skin it felt super intense. My skin felt like it was burning, but in a chemical burn kind of way. This is meant to be a quick mask, which is a big plus. You massage this into your skin for 30 seconds and then leave it on for up to two minutes. I couldn't make it close to the two minute mark! I massaged it over my face, but probably not for 30 seconds because I couldn't handle the burning. I basically rinsed it off right away, being very careful to completely avoid my eyes because I was scared it would very badly burn them. My skin burned afterwards as well, but thankfully I didn't notice any irritation on my skin. If I had left it on for more time, I fear that it could have caused a bad reaction. Other reviewers seem to love this and have not had such intense reactions to this but I couldn't handle the pain of this and will not use it again. Perhaps her gentle formula would be better suited for me, although I don't typically have super sensitive skin. I didn't see extraordinary results from this, but that could be because I didn't massage it long enough or leave it on the entire time. I'd much rather stick to other masks that I have that effectively and gently exfoliate my skin. — 7 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 8 people said helpful
