Unusual and Gorgeous
There is no doubt that this eye shadow can be messy to use--once you work with it long enough, it does become more user-friendly (and you learn to protect your clothing and the items you don't want covered with powder). The shades are glorious--I have "Soul Sister" (glimmering lilac silk), "Queen Phyllis" (shimmering soft sunlight), and several other shades, including versions which were released for a limited time. They are gorgeous and can be used wet or dry. If I am going somewhere special, I set up extra time to use them because of the gorgeous looks which can be achieved. They wear a very long time, and I know I'll look good for long hours! I'm not giving this ten stars because of the clean-up factor. — 3 weeks, 6 days agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Eyecolor
This product is just way too messy. They just came out with a compact that is not a loose powder. This is much better and easier to use. — 1 year, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

Bareminerals
One of my favorite things about the bareminerals eyeshadow collection is the vast array of colors. They have a selection that covers the entire color spectrum, with matte as well as sparkly and metallic options. I especially like their metallic ones, which give a beautiful sheen without being too glittery. However, these don't blend particularly well. It is very difficult to get them to blend with other eyeshadows, especially if you try to mix with a different brand. They are also quite messy to apply, and you will have to do some cleanup around your eye area once you finish your makeup. — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
