My new favorite must have!
OMG! I bought this because it was on special with mascara. I LOVE this eyeliner! It goes on smooth not like a liquid, but not like a pencil. It's like a mix between a gel and a pencil liner. It is so easy to apply, doesn't require a gel pot with liner brush. It's absolutely the BEST eye liner I've found sold in drug stores. This is a great drugstore eyeliner!
This eyeliner is very pigmented. With the softest stroke of the pencil you get an ultra dark line. I really love the look of this for the waterline (just a small tip to keep it lasting longer) * use a q-tip and dry your waterline before you apply for extra staying power. I love this liner. My only complaint is that it isn't waterproof. It does have slight smudging but nothing too bad. It actually helps because it blends easily for a perfect smoky eye. I think I'm going to go back and get this in dark brown as well. Try it out. Good, Not Great
