This is a great drugstore eyeliner!

This eyeliner is very pigmented. With the softest stroke of the pencil you get an ultra dark line. I really love the look of this for the waterline (just a small tip to keep it lasting longer) * use a q-tip and dry your waterline before you apply for extra staying power. I love this liner. My only complaint is that it isn't waterproof. It does have slight smudging but nothing too bad. It actually helps because it blends easily for a perfect smoky eye. I think I'm going to go back and get this in dark brown as well. Try it out. I absolutely love this liner! I use it down to nub! It goes on smooth, the color is intense, and it lasts all day long. I've found that when I use it on my lower lashes and use a little mascara after it helps it from smudging. it's my current eye liner and i really like it. I don't love it. It's great because unlike my MAC eyeliner this one goes on very dark and smooth. i like to use mine at the waterline and it's very hard to find a pencil that stays and this one does.
