This really did make my teeth significantly whiter. I'm surprised that I didn't get any sensitivity in my teeth, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones considering I have a past history of sensitivity. I also use this twice a day (the box says you can use it once or twice a day) This doesn't taste bad and it stays on my teeth. It removes cleanly and is very convenient. I still prefer the professional 3D but I wanted to try these because they were so cheap at Costco. They are a great whitener compared to most but don't stand up to the professional effects. I have the 3D whitening strips and their 3D tooth paste. I adore both, but for someone like me who isn't so patient? I prefer the strips. I can still go about doing things while whitening and brightening my said "beautiful" smile. I have sensitive teeth so using all those other "mechanisms" of teeth whitening hurt terribly.
