This really did make my teeth significantly whiter. I'm surprised that I didn't get any sensitivity in my teeth, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones considering I have a past history of sensitivity. I also use this twice a day (the box says you can use it once or twice a day) This doesn't taste bad and it stays on my teeth. It removes cleanly and is very convenient. Pretty Good
I still prefer the professional 3D but I wanted to try these because they were so cheap at Costco. They are a great whitener compared to most but don't stand up to the professional effects. I used these before my wedding last year... Now I am a fan of using teeth whiteners occassionally throughout the year. These got my teeth super white and still- after a year my teeth are pretty white. I got them off ebay, so they were super cheap.. I dont think I followed the routine as well as I should have but they still worked amazingly. I didnt have any sensitivity- although if you keep them on too long- you will. I would repurchase these.
