Olay Pro-X Advanced Cleansing System Reviews

Incredible!
What a great product at a great price! It leaves my skin feeling velvety smooth, especially when used with the accompanying cleanser. It is like a mini spa in the shower. The bristles are nice and soft, while still being able to get the job done. The product is not too loud and has different speed settings. Excellent! — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 9 of 10 people said helpful

very nice
This small tool is very nice. The bristles are soft, yet effective. I like to use this with olay's definity scrub, the combo makes my skin really smooth and soft, works better than the scrub that came in the box. Also, pro-x works nice with cetaphil for those who's skin is too dry or sensitive to use harsher cleansers on. Moisturizers get absorb better and makeup goes on much smoother after I use pro-x cleansing system. — 1 year, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 5 people said helpful

Outstanding product
I used to covet the Clairsonic Mia, but couldn't bring myself to spend the money. Then I heard about this Olay item that is very similar so I started researching. Reviews are all positive so I started watching for it. It's so popular it was sold out at my local Target the first couple times I tried to get it. Finally it was in stock and I fell in love after the first use. It exfoliates very nicely, but gently and leaves my skin so very soft. It works great with any cleanser--I rotate, depending on the day and what my skin needs, between the sample scrub that came with it, my usual St. Ives scrub and my Fresh Soy face cleanser. My boyfriend has even used it with his Neutrogena for men face wash and he loves it, too. He probably uses it once a week and I use it 3 or 4 times a week and so far the battery seems to be lasting really well. It has two speeds, but I'm partial to the faster one. I definitely recommend this item, for what it costs compared to the Clairsonic version, it is most definitely worth it. — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 14 of 15 people said helpful

Why spend $200 when you can spend $25?
Just ried it for the first time and I'm in love! I've been waiting to get this since Christmas time but it was only released in Canada about a month ago. Anyways I finally bought it because I got it for a great sale price and I'm so happy I did. I used this in conjunction with my Clinique facial soap with a full face of makeup on and the little brush got everything off! And it's so gentle to, the little head is nice and soft but super effective. This is such a great dupe of the Clarisonic because for people like me who are students and are trying to pay for school and an appartment just can't afford to go blow $200 on one little face brush. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 13 of 16 people said helpful

Darn, I wish I didn't like this! ;)
My mom bought one and loved it, so she bought one for me, too! Thanks, mom. :) I was hoping I wouldn't like it; I use the Olay mico kit and it is faaabulous. I also use Clinique 7 Day Scrub almost daily, so I know the importance of exfoliating and refining the skin/pores, in particular with oily/combo skin which is exactly what I have. However, since I have a good routine down and love my skin, I thought why would I need yet another product? I was wrong. After the first time I used this, I could feel a difference. My skin was smoother and looked both cleaner and clearer. However, it is still a bit of a pain in the butt to use a brush daily, if not 2x a day. Especially on mornings when I am in a hurry! I think I will start using in the evenings when I have more time for a little "me time." I also wasn't crazy about the cleanser that came with it (it had a strange smell and consistency), but my mom is using another cleanser all together and it works just fine, so I will do the same. I would definitely recommend, especially if you have oilier skin I think this will really help for those breakouts and blackheads, especially around the nose and chin. The brush is very gentle so no need to worry about scratching your skin; it is really made for all types of skin and you will be able to tell a difference. It is also a WAY better price point than Clarisonic, which is ridiculously overpriced. Olay often has coupons in the paper too, if you are on a budget like me. :) Happy exfoliating! Say "hello" to new skin. — 1 day, 18 hours agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Best Bang for Your Buck
I love this! I bought this because I didn't feel like I was getting a good clean with the round scrubby pads you can get at the drugstore. This is a great battery operated brush with 2 speeds. Slow for general cleasing and the faster speed for deeper exfoliating. I've used it every day for 6 months so far and its been wonderful. My blemishes clear up faster, it buffs off any dry skin. My husband even uses it, its helped the dry patches he sometimes gets on his cheeks. I'll be replacing the brush heads for the first time this month so they last quite a long time. The battery cap is a little difficult to remove but overall this brush is the best bang for your buck! Don't spend the extra cash on the Clairsonic when this Olay brush is just as good, if not better! — 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 6 people said helpful

Skip the Clarisonic
For 1/10 the price this brush works just as well as the famed Clarisonic. I do wish they had additional types of brushes like Clarisonic offers, but the ones they do offer are very nice. I love that there is no rechargable battery or plug in cord with this. I am able to use our regular (and rechargeable) AA Energizer batteries. I thought for the price it wouldn't hurt to try this new brush from Olay, and I am never going back! I can use any cleanser I like with this, and the brushes are easily and cheaply replaced every three months. I even got one for my husband and it has drastically cut down on ingrown hairs on his neck and chin from shaving every day. If you have ever considered a Clarisonic but balked at the price, this Olay brush is an amazing deal for $20.00 at your local Target. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 16 of 19 people said helpful

AMAZING
I Love it love it love it. I am not sure how it compares to the Clairsonic but I am so glad I bought this one instead. I bought it at Costco and it came with the soap and extra brush head. My face is finally acne free and glows! — 2 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 5 people said helpful

wonderful addition to my cleansing arsenal!
This is fantastic for my sometimes dry (and flaky/peely) sensitive skin! I use it with my regular cleanser (not the cleanser that comes with the device) and my skin is very glowy. My face feels so smooth and moisturized and does not flake or peel anymore. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who feels like their cleanser alone doesn't quite cut it and wants a deeper clean with very gentle exfoliation. Also, it feels great to have your face massaged! — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Amazing Product!
I saw the Clarisonic Mia at Sephora a year ago and I just had to have it. The problem was I couldn't justify spending that much money on it. It seemed ridiculous to drop that much cash for a face brush. A couple months later I saw this Olay brush at Walmart and decided to try it out. I am so happy that I did. I used up the cleanser it came with and it was just ok. I decided not to repurchase that because it didn't really do much for my skin. I use this with my Basis Cleaner Clean Cleanser and I love my skin now. If you think you are washing you face with out this brush you will be amazed after using this. The first time I tried it I decided to wash my face like I regularly do just cleaner, water and hands. Then after I used the brush and I could see all the makeup and dirt I missed! I recommended this to my best friend and she is in love with it too. The battery will last you awhile so you don't need to constantly be changing them out. If you have sensitive skin (I don't) you might want to start off by using this once a week and gradually work your way up. I use it every night and I don't have any problems. I use the slow button for the more delicate parts of my face and the fast button for forehead and chin. If you have little bumps that aren't really pimples, just clogged pores this little machine will get rid of them. I definitely recommend this product. If you want the Clarisonic Mia try this one out first. You might just decide you don't need the Mia after all. — 11 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 22 of 22 people said helpful
