This is one of my favorite eyeliners
This eyeliner and Urban Decay are hands down my favorite eyeliners. This is easy to apply because it's a thin eyeliner and no sharpening is required! Also, it lasts a long time. Hard to remove
This eyeliner does last long and is very waterproof. Although it takes forever to completely remove. Like after scrubbing with eye makeup remover forever, most is stil there. I would recommend it, just not for every day use otherwise it will be annoying to spend that much time removing it every day. I also find it hard to apply, it's a very flat blunt tip so getting a thin line is impossible. best eyeliner pencil
I've tried every eyeliner pencil imaginable--Lancome, Urban Decay, Bare Escentuals, etc. and the liner always seemed to dry up. It would start out great but then I couldn't get any color out of it. Absolutely LOVE this liner!
I an NOT one to spend a lot on a liner. This one I actually received with my Stila In The Light palette. And I was so happy I did. I've always thought eyeliner was not that big of a deal to spend a lot of cash on- probably because I mostly line only my top eyelid and bottom eye lid on the outer- never water line.. But seriously I would purchase this product over and over again. I'm not sure the name of the color I have it in but its a super dark brown almost black. It's so nice and creamy it glides on very nicely. I usually like to line my eyelid then use a smudger brush and blend the edges a little- but i work pretty fast before it dries- then ill add a bit more in the places I want more definition. It absolutely stays put. GREAT! Except for Waterline :/
Bottom Line: This is a really,really good product for just a regular eyeliner to use on your top lid or below the water line, but it does NOT stay on the water line for more than 2 hours. Full Review: This product is mas o menos (so so). I use eyeliner every single time that I apply makeup, and I only put it on my water line, except for those certain times when I feel like putting it on the top lid. This product is not good to use on your water line. At all. Well, thats a lie. I mean it isn't THAT bad... It only lasts for like, 2 or 3 hours at the most though, which really is a huge problem for me, because I'm at school for 6 hours, and my eyeliner is gone by my 3rd class! That is a huge problem for me. All I want, is a good water line eyeliner. In fact, if any one knows one, can they please contact me? Haha sorry, I went a little off topic. So continuing with the review, I really just wish that it lasted longer. For the first hour or two, its perfect! It actually comes out very black (like some claim to do, but usually don't) and that is one thing I really like about this. For those who don't put it on the water line, I really do recommend this product. It works so well when you aren't trying to make it stay on the water line! Ugh, I just wish it did. I still have yet to find something that does stay, and I just ordered another stila eyeliner, which I am hoping works better. But even though it doesn't stay for as long as I might like for it too, I still use it every day, because I am not just getting rid of something I spent twenty dollars on. I normally wait for deals when it comes to makeup,but I really thought this would work, because a couple of my friends had suggested it to me. I really like the design of the product too! It's a little black stick with a twisty tip! The only problem I have with it, is that if you break the tip, you can't sharpen it, and also my twisty part is super duper loose now :( I thought that since this was such a respectable brand their containers would be good quality too but I guess not.. maybe mine is just defective. Haha. Well all in all, this product is a very,very good one, if you are not planning on using it for your water line. If you are, steer clear, and try something else. I don't have any recommendations, because I have yet to find one for myself, but this works great on any other place you may want to use eyeliner. Actually, it works good on your upper water line, just not the lower one! Sorry, just realized that. But yes, this is not for your lower water line if you are looking for something that will stay for a very long time! I am in love with the color of this liner. It's is a beautiful shimmery bronze color and I just adore it. It is extremely long wearing and settle quickly, which is a huge plus. I can make a swatch on my hand, put the cap back on, place it back in my makeup drawer and then rub my hand across it and it's already dry. I left it on my hand all day to see how it would do and it didn't disappear until about 7 hours later. Nice but Hard to Wind Up
I got a full size of this in the brown shade in my Birchbox last month! I really like it, it goes great when I wear all nautral shadows or a brown smokey eye. It is really hard to wind up to get more of the product. Stays put
It stays on till you take it off. I can apply it at 7:00 am and it's still there at 10:00 pm when I go to take off my makeup, even on my lower lids. You do not need to press hard at all. love the colors but not a lot of product for the price
These liners really do stay on until you decide to take them off, and some of the colors really are lovely. But there isn't very much product in there. Sure, I rarely use up an eyeliner, but it's still a bit annoying that there's so little in that pencil.
