It doesn't moisturize
The heading pretty much says it all. I got this as a deluxe sample, and I used it twice before deciding it wasn't worth it. If a moisturizer doesn't hydrate, then it's worthless. It does have an SPF of 15, which is not impressive. It's yellow. It's thick. It doesn't absorb. My eye area didn't feel a bit hydrated. You can get just as good, anti-oxidant eye creams for a lot cheaper. If you HAVE to use a Prevage product, just use the facial serum on your eye area.
