easy sun protection, OK moisturizer
kenya (498 reviews)this lotion is great for easy every day sun protection. as we all know, prevention is key and the sun can cause premature wrinkles. this lotion isn't as thick as a sunscreen, which is perfect for daily application. it's actually somewhat runny, so it doesn't leave your skin oily at all. it's a happy medium between sunscreen and a daily moisturizer. i would recommend this for people with dry skin, like myself, because it isn't irritating. it does what it claims, which is to protect. i like that it has an spf of 30, which is higher than most daily moisturizers. good thing they advertise this as something for protection and not really moisturization because i think this lotion isn't extremely moisturizing. since the formula is thin, it doesn't completely moisturize dry skin. it would probably work better for people with oily skin. i find myself having to apply a second moisturizer with this, which is quite annoying. when i wash my face, i pat dry then i apply this and then my nivea cream and then i start on my foundation. it's a little pricey at almost ten dollars in most stores and i don't think i would repurchase this because it's not that much of a 2 in 1 product. i might as well just wear a sunscreen under my moisturizer! which would be a cheaper option! it's simply....OK.... — 3 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Under makeup
luckybetty (880 reviews)When I spend hours outside I would like to use Neutrogena sunscreen products. But they are a bit too heavy on my face when I want to use under make-up. The Eucerin's Face Lotion with SPF 30 feels light and goes on smoothly, not too oily or too dry. It does not stink, and it comes with a pump, thus, unlike a tube it is easy to get a small amount. Unfortunately it is not very moisturizing, and it leaves a bit of a thin white cast, so I do not like to use it alone without a foundation. This sunscreen for face is not flawless, but I still think this is a good make-up base in the price range when my cream/liquid foundation has no or low SPF. — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

11 Worst Face Moisturizers -

iceflakes (18 reviews)This 30 SPF face lotion seemed ideal after reading reviews on other sites, but it does go on rather greasy. Once it sets, I forget about it and the scent even though it claims to be fragrance free. Basically smells like sunscreen...I don't notice it after awhile. It does moisturize when used regularly during the summer, I'll have to wait until winter to see how it holds up. The white cast isn't a huge issue for me--just really rub it in. Not bad for the price, but I'm wondering if I could find something else to replace it later on. — 8 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
