Love the packaging! its so kawai! but not only that, its so easy to use, its so pigmented, and glides on easily. Great Felt Liner!
I got 2 of these liners on an on-line Sephora clearance sale for a steal! ($3) I wish I would have bought 150 more. I got the black and purple colors and I'm in love. The purple is cutesy and fun, but very bright. It isn't really appropriate for work. The black is perfect for any occasion really. It can go from a thin line for professional setting (day time) to a thick winged liner (for nights out) in no time! The only con would be if you like to smudge your liner well after its applied. While this does allow you to do that for the first few (15?) seconds, in under a minute it is dry and not going anywhere. Some may see it as a con vs a pro.
