This product is worth every penny! This is how i use it: I spray after my shower, to use as a detangeler, then i blow dry and straighten and then a spray all over and brush out and once it soaks in your hair is sooo soft! Garnier Fructis is hit or miss. This is kind of a miss. It smells good and does give the hair some moisture but it undoes your style. I sprayed it and then had to restraighten my hair which Im sure took the vitamins that this put in back out anyway. I do see noticable shine but overall I'm not so impressed.
