Moisturizing, natural and effective deodorant!
I finally forked over the $18 for this deodorant after my drug store, aluminum-filled deodorant started giving me a painful, itchy rash under my arms! I knew aluminum was a no-no ingredient but I have friends that have tried aluminum-free deodorants and then had to switch back because the natural, aluminum-free ones did not effectively combat their odor. I heard a few really positive things about this deodorant and I was desperate for a solution so I picked this up in the Pure Vanilla scent from Sephora. All of the great things that people say about this deodorant are true! First of all, when you apply this, it feels like you are putting a whipped lotion under your arms. It is so moisturizing and yet it absorbs into your skin quickly so you can still get dressed right away. The vanilla scent is not too overpowering, which is a definite plus in a deodorant for me. After using this just a few days, the rash under my arms (which was quite aggressive!) had cleared up. Amazing! I can vouch that this deodorant really does keep odor at bay. I typically get some body odor by the end of the day, especially if I am wearing a fabric that does not breathe easily. With this, I don't have to worry about smelling at all. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a natural deodorant and has been frustrated with natural, but ineffective deodorants in the past. The Lavanila brands itself is great. They use all natural ingredients, don't test on animals and have several vegan products. I will definitely be repurchasing this when my current one runs out. The price is steep for a deodorant but this amount lasts so long. The way to go for a Healthy Deodorant
I wanted to try this deodorant for a long time to get rid of my regular aluminum filled deodorant, but I didn't want to spend the money! I am so glad I did! It is totally worth it to use this healty deodorant. I admit I was skeptical about it's effectiveness and got the new travel size in Lavendar. It is way better than I thought it would be! The scent is not too strong and doesn't give off a weird odor once I have gotten heated. It works great! I love the lavendar scent but can't wait to try some others as well! Amazing healthy deodorant!
I have picked up this deodorant about a month ago and I can't say anything but great things about it! First of all, it's formulated without harsh chemicals including aluminum which is the first ingredient at an average/drugstore stick deodorant. The thought of aluminum in a product which is applied to a sensitive area always bothered me and caused me to be on a super long quest to find a healthy deodorant that does what a deodorant is supposed to do. Until trying the LaVanila deodorant I have wasted so much money on products, even healthy ones, that just simply didn't do anything for me. I am currently using the LaVanila deodorant in Vanilla Coconut scent and I'm loving it!
