Not very refreshing
These are more convenient and less embarrassing than carrying toothpaste and a brush in your bag, but it doesn't really give me much of a freshness after using this. I took these with me when my sister had a kidney pancreas transplant and we had to stay at the hospital for a while. They did clean my teeth and freshened my breath.
