      Delicous, I lost weight and my skin looked better!

      I started using/drinking the Sonya Dakar shakes before my wedding. I replaced two meals a day, for two weeks and lost so much weight! It was the best thing to kick off some unwanted weight, boost energy and my skin was clearer!! September 23, 2009, 3:30 pm
