Primed, Poreless, and PERFECT
I don’t like many facial primers. I prepared myself to have an all-out love affair with the original “Smashbox” version, but it felt heavy on my face; I was conscious of it being there. I went a long time without using a primer at all. Now I’m liking Too Faced’s “Primed and Poreless”--a lot! I bought it because I am enamored with their “Shadow Insurance.” The primer has silicone in it, as most do, but it was specially formulated to wear alone or under powder foundations (like my go-to Lancôme "Dual Finish Versatile Powder Foundation"). Other important ingredients include Vitamins A and C to work as antioxidants, Mulberry Extract (brightens the complexion), Ivy Extract (a natural astringent with anti-cellulite properties), and a strong dose of Retinol to restore moisture and elasticity. This is a flesh-colored, silky cream which glides on colorless and remains velvety soft, never oily or greasy. I can honestly say that the parentheses around my nose are blurred, and pores are definitely much harder to find. Best of all, it is weightless—I never recall that I am wearing it under foundation. My foundation, wonderful to begin with, performs even better and lasts longer with this as a base. amazing!
This really does make my pores disappear. I have tried many many primers and this has a unique texture that really absorbes into the skin. I have combo skin and this keeps me matte all day and does not break out my problematic skin. Great primer, but not for the price & no SPF
So I got this primer, because well it was included with my b-day gifts my friend was getting me. The primer part does it's job and smooths out your skin, even if you don't use foundation. My disappointment is that it doesn't seem to have an spf especially for the price they sell it for. Honestly the Maybellin BB cream works almost just as good and much cheaper. If you don't mind over paying for this primer you'll be happy, but with so much other lest costing and spf products out there, why would you no want to save money. As good as most
I have been using this for a few weeks. I like it i would buy again. I have very oily skin and no matter what i am a super shiny in a few hours. (until i tried Urban Decay De slick spray) I found the results with this is a little better than most primers i have tried. Favorite primer
This primer is awesome. I love the feel of it on my skin. It evens out the texture of my skin and really reduces the appearance of pores. It is a little thick and has that silicone feel so if you are not into that you probably won't like it. My only gripe with this product is the size of the bottle. For the price I really wish they would have more product. Other than that I really like this product. Not necessary but gives nice effect
This product does make pores appear smaller and disappear in some areas but its not without clogging your pores which isn't so good for my oily sensitive skin. I bought this a few weeks ago, I didn't use it right away, but now I went back to university so i decided to use this instead of my bb cream and it's fantastic! I love it. Its Amazing!!!!
This is an amazing primer!!! I have very large pores and this really does do an excellent job of minimizing their appearance. And it has such a soft, smooth and almost silky texture. I have the tinted version of this and somedays I wear just this primer and a little bronzer and my skin still looks amazing. I tried Smashbox previously because I had heard such rave reviews about it but I honestly wasn't impressed with Smashbox (made me break out) so I gave this a try and it is my most fave!!!
