this mascara is very expensive, but it has great results. it really makes your lashes bigger and bolder and longer. but honestly, i have gotten the same all day flake free results from drugstore brands that are cheaper. so, i would not repurchase because i am not rich! — 1 year, 5 months ago

Huge disappointment

This mascara is a huge disappointment. First things that gave me a bad impression was it's awful strong smell, Lancome seems to be pretty careless about how their products smell, so I decided to give it a try anyway. I have pretty good lashes, but this mascara made them look like stiff spider legs, then my eyes got all itchy (I never was allergic to any makeup), and i could smell that mascara all day. I thought that maybe I'm not using the brush right, so i kept trying it again, and that didn't help. Mascara dried in the tube really fast too. Terrible quality for the price. I bought this at an airport- yay duty free shopping!- since my friends said it was great and I had to try it. It made my lashes much longer and thicker, while remaining soft, with only one coat. I absolutely love it! It lasted all day and came off easily. My only complaint is that it was so expensive. Otherwise, it's my favorite. — 9 months, 3 weeks ago

One of my favorite mascaras

Lets start with the brush. This has to be one of the scariest looking brushes ever, it curves every which way. As you rotate it around some areas have long dense bristles and other areas have short dispersed bristles (and everything between those extremes seems to be there too!). Even with the daunting shape I jumped right in. This wand is scary – and scary easy to use. Wiggling and twisting up was a breeze and the slight taper at the end of the brush worked great for detail work at the corners of my eyes and on the lower lashes. When I got a clump I’d simply rotate the brush a quarter or half turn, try those new bristles, and inevitably the clump would be combed out! The formula is nice. It is thick but not clumpy or overly dense. It goes on really smooth and any clumps it does leave come off nice and easy. For whatever reason I’m used to my mascaras leaving my lashes still somewhat flexible. These were hard after application almost as if I had taken hairspray and sprayed my lashes with it -that is the only downside to me. This mascara is great. — 3 months, 3 weeks ago

I like Lancome's Definiciles, but this...just, no. I have nice eyelashes to begin with and this A) clumped, B)vmade eyelashes look spidery, and C) made my eyelashes fall out when I removed it, no joke. It's AWFUL. — 3 weeks, 6 days ago

Clump-City!

This mascara is a hot mess! One coat is equal to 90 coats of a good mascara. Its just too clumpy and flaky! Because this is such an expensive mascara, I did some tests to see what causes it to be horendus! I tested out the brush with a different formula, still clumpy. Not hypnotic at all

Very Clumpy

This mascara was highly recommended by a co-worker, so when I saw it available in a recent GWP selection, I got two. I have fairly thick lashes naturally, but they aren't very long. While I did see more length using this mascara than I have with cheaper brands, it did NOTHING to separate my lashes. I wound up with unattractive spider leg lashes, even when applying with extreme care. I wish I had gotten an extra moisturizer instead of the second sample tube, because I won't even finish one of them. — 6 months, 4 weeks ago

not good for sinsitive eyes

my first impession of this mascara was, ''wow! thats a heavy floral scent!''....kinda an odd first impression. i don't know why is smells like the garden section at home depot, but i did not think anything of it....untill my eyes atarted to itch and water. the brush is very unique, but it coated my lashes unevenly. it gave my lashes nice, full volume. but i won't use it since it bothers my eyes. — 7 months, 3 weeks ago
