This is a great complement to the Aveeno shampoos and conditioners. I have a nice little regimen going with the Nourish and Moisturize products, and have added this. They have done wonders for my dry and breakage prone hair. I have had better results from this and the other Aveeno products than I have much more expensive brands, such as Aveda and Redken. My hair is softer than usual but there is some residue. Whenever I run my fingers through it, I can feel some wax-like residue. So i advice to watch the amount of product.
