Herbal Essences Hydralicious Featherweight Shampoo Reviews

Heavyweight.......
My family has gone through every formula offered by Herbal Essences. We run into the same problem every time...build up. The first 2 or 3 times the shampoos and conditioners worked great and then they starting building up and giving all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) oily roots, flakes, and frizzy ends. I know a lot of people love Herbal Essences but we don't anymore based on experience. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Good, but Body Envy is better.
This shampoo when used with its conditioner was good, but Body Envy by Herbal Essences made my hair look more voluminous and it was actually softer for some reason. Both scents were good. This shampoo with its conditioner gave me some volume, but not very much. It's above average. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Yummmmy...
Okay, I admit it. This shampoo just looked so pretty (and we all know how Herbal Essences products smell, wow)I had to try it. I have naturally curly hair that I only shampoo about twice a week so I usually lather up two times, once to get it clean and then once with a more softening shampoo. I needed a shampoo that would get my fragile, curly hair clean without weighing it down. Honestly, I'm not sure if this really fit the bill but it smells amazing and is so rich and creamy I'm holding on to it for now. I can't say I notice any huge difference, but as a basic shampoo it's perfect. Plus it makes me so happy! — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Amazing
I bought this shampoo for my son, who instantly fell in love with the product. When he ran out, I gave him a bottle of shampoo I used (past) and he refused to use anything but Herbal Essen. featherweight. I bought him a new bottle. I wanted to know why he like this product so much and used it myself. I also love this shampoo. My hair, unlike my sons, is ultra thin.Unlike my past expensive salon shampoo, this shampoo does make my hair looked and felt thicker. I receive medical treatment that thins my hair and also some hair loss; therefore, I put heavy lotion in my hair, every night (in an attempt to slow the thinning/loss down). This is the only product I have ever used that was able to cut through the lotion I put in my hair/scalp and it lathered beautifully. I did not use conditioner and yet I was able to comb my hair as though I had applied hair conditioner. Now my entire family use Herbal Essences hydralicious featherweight, exclusively. I also like that this shampoo does not leave a buiild up after long term use (my entire family has been using this shampoo, exclusively, for 7 month, now). I have and will continue to recommend this shampoo. This product is superior to the very expensive salon shampoo I used in the past. — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

Amazing
This shampoo really worked for me. I have fine curly hair and this shampoo makes my hair feel light and full of body. It doesn't dry out my hair either but it makes it very soft instead. The bottle is very attractive and so is the smell. — 3 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Wonderful!
I bought this after taking a test on Herbal Essences' website to see what the best shampoo would be for me. This was a fabulous purchase for my hair! The minuet I squeezed it onto my hand I knew it was a good thing and when I put it in my hair? Just wow! There was an immediate difference after just one wash. My hair felt so silky and smelled so good! I love the smell of this stuff and the orange brightens up my shower considerably (lame, but true). As far as volume goes, I don't really know. I don't style my hair much. All I know is that this did wonders for my hair; it looked so much healthier and I haven't seen a split end since! And here's the kicker it's only about 4 dollars. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

I love this product!
I have pretty fine hair so a lot of drug store or low end price ranged products really way my hair down! Not this one though! It leaves my hair silky, soft, and amazingly beautiful all day! I try to buy it in bulk when it's on sale! — 3 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Love it !
It smells amazing, is so creamy and pleasant to lather and it leaves my blonde, stick-straight and extra flat hair feeling soft, shiny and kind of bouncy. I am not saying it will give you real volume, but at least it doesn't weight your hair down ! I really like this shampoo ! — 3 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Like it!
As I'm approaching 40 (yikes!) and have to color my hair, it seems to have lost it's luster. It's dry and brittle and feels like straw. Tried this shampoo and conditioner and loved the scent and the silky lather. It really does make my hair smooth and soft again! Problem is I have to add mousse and hairspray-that kinda takes away the soft and silky feeling. I'm going to see if they have either of those items available in this brand. Bonus - so cheap! — 3 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

This Would Be My Favorite Shampoo But...
There's a big pro and a big con to this. Pro: After I wash my hair with this, I use Loreal Paris Vive Pro Nutri Gloss Conditioner, and it makes my hair uber soft and tangle-free! Plus, you can get this shampoo at any drugstore for around 4 dollars. Con: Ever since I started using this, my hair has been falling off like crazy, especially when I wash it. Overall, I don't think it's worth it. I'm sure I can find a different shampoo that does the same thing minus the hair falling off part. — 3 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
