That is exactly what this is. Don't expect shine, long lasting moisture, or healing for chapped lips. It may look like a lip balm but it isn't. It would be best used during your nightime beauty routine. I would apply it to my lips and also the skin around them. This is an excellent lip moisturizer. It lasts for hours and truly feels like it's thoroughly hydrating my lips - not simply sitting on the surface. I always had chapped lips, even in the summer and regardless of what I tried to do. Blistex helped but it only hydrated my lips so that it was not bleeding, without doing more. Nivea really made my lips feel soft and hydrated. Great lip balm
I bought this on a whim at the drugstore and it's fab. I use it before I go to bed and I wake up with soft smooth lips. It's non-sticky, non-smelly, long-lasting, and truly moisturizing. The best lip balm ever!!
I tried this lip balm at the suggestion of my daughter, my lips stay very dry and they crack in the winter time. I trusted her suggestion and bought a tube of this and I fell in love with it the first time I used it!! It is not sticky, stays on, last long and does not have any taste nor can you taste or smell any SPF. My lips look better than they ever have and I've had no trouble with dry, cracked lips so far this fall... This product leaves your lips moisturized and stays on for a long time. It's perfect for sensitive skin. It does not have a strong fragrance and it not sticky at all. I highly recommend it!
