Started out promising but disappointing in the end...

I'm desperate for a liner that doesn't smudge on outside corners of eyes. This liner is a huge improvement but besides smudging a bit after 6 hours, it flaked big time below my eyes and the flakes for very difficult to wipe away. This cake eyeliner is wonderful! I went into Ulta looking for liquid eyeliner that didn't smear and make me look like Tammy Baker (RIP Girl!). The lady at the makeup counter showed me what she'd been using. It's twice the product for half the price of Smash Box About the Product: It dries in about 60 sec and stays on all day without smearing. Yes, you make want to play with it a little bit, especially if you've never used liquid eyeliner. You don't have to drop a lot of money on a applicatioin brush. I use a thin narrow brush I had purchased from Target by Sonia Kashuk. One of my favorite products. Update: I'm only recomending the black...used the green which looks great in the bottle. I tried this product because Loreal HIP cream eyeliner, although a good product, just missed the mark for me. This eyeliner has a much creamer consistency so it is easy to apply with a liner brush, and the shades are smokey and soft. If you want to try the bolder eyeliner trend without going extreme, this is a good product to try- and it's cheaper than Smashbox's version.
