This product is on the good side for a 2 in 1 product. Still, it just doesn't work as well as using the two separate products.

I really don't like this product

I did use this in my preteen years. At first it left my hair soft, but eventually I noticed my hair seemed drier and broke quite a bit. I was drawn in by the commercial though and used other Pantene products hoping that I would see different results, but I didn’t. Pantene was explained t...read moreo be one of the worst brands on the market because of all the wax that is used in their products. These waxes coat the hair more and more until it becomes like a layer of plastic over the hair, which is nearly impossible to rise off (or even wash out). This is why the results from products like this can be great at first then lead to horrible looking hair later. I do not agree with the company’s philosophy of all out deception (far more so than other companies). I do not believe that a hair model would let Pantene touch their hair. I would like for them to spend more on the quality of their ingredients and less on advertisements and computer generated trickery. One (very short) bright note. I think this brand would work well for short hair that is intended to stay short. It can lay unmanageable hair down (my husband loves this stuff). In my many years I have never seen hair increase in shine from any Pantene product (my husband's hair looks dull, coated & I'm almost to the point where I can spot a Pantene user a mile off), but I have noticed that the ad claims are so effective that some whose hair actually looks worse will think that it looks better because they keep playing the image of some Pantene hair model in their heads. Yes, this is very pessimistic, but I have honestly used $1 shampoo/conditioner that works better and does not leave the buildup.

love it

this shampoo/conditioner works so well and lives up to its label. i noticed my hair getting longer and it smells really good and makes your hair super soft! i love it

Great Job fo a 2 in 1

I personally don't really enjoy two in ones, mostly because they are known to not get the job done as well, but this one was great! It left my hair untangled, moisturized and soooo shiny! I have a texturizer in my hair, so it's mandatory for my hair to be moisturized at all times. Pantene does a great job of understanding women of colors hair needs, and this shampoo proves it! Great job Pantene!

2 in 1

I enjoy the combined but the individual shampoo and conditioner are better for getting the job done...but i still enjoyed the 2 in 1 for when i wanted to be in and out of the shower lol. This product makes my hair soft and shiny. All together its still gets the job done.

it feels very clean

and you don't even need much of it at all. i don't like 2 in 1s, but this left my hair full of volume and soft and very shiny, like the commercials. and i've never had hair like that.
