Ok so I was a bit skeptical about the performance of this liner, however when I use it on my water line, it provides a natural "bright" and awake look. I've used in the inside corner of my eyes and it's not bad, but if you're a little "furry" like me, it can enhance your "fuzziness". Some eyeliners feel "heavy" on my water line, not this - I actually forget I'm wearing it.
