What I love about Chi straighteners is that it makes your hair so soft and shiny, but it's also fast to use. What I don't like is that it basically causes the volume of my hair to go flat. With the time I save straightening my hair, I have to spend more added time to tease my hair to get more volume. Other irons don't make my hair as flat, but I don't get the silky shiny results like this.
