Leaves skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. I really saw an increased radiance in my skin after use. However, this is much more difficult to handle. This is a good quality loose powder. I like the soft brush--it is just the right stiffness. The screw on top keeps the mess down on the pwwder as well. It looks natural and has a translucent glow just like other high quality powders. It finishes well, but does have a slight white chalky cast. Considering all of the hype, t is not as finely milled or silky as some other powders near its price point but is good quality and would consider buying again. I did not find it hydrating, though. I have dry combo skin--it kept the shine down all day, but I did desparately needed moisturizer in areas. Hydrating Mineral Veil leaves a candle-lit glow on my skin and the micro-water makes my skin feel so cool! You can feel the moisture when it hits the skin yet it's still a very finely milled powder. I'll wear this sometimes even without my foundation just to feel the sensation!
