If I don't use any additional styling tools other than a blow dryer, my hair is usually very loosely wavy. I spray this on and WOW, my waves not only become slightly more tighter and defined curls, but this doesn't make my hair dry. This doesn't have an obnoxious scent to it like other curl/wave sprays. Most importantly, this does NOT make my hair stiff or sticky even if I spray a bit in my thick mane. You must spray this as the very last thing behind any other styling products you use. This has dramatically cut down on my styling time in the morning because I no longer have to use a curling iron to add slightly more curl to my natural waves. This also adds a shine to your hair that doesn't look or feel oily, so your hair looks healthier, despite the fact that all of us women torture it with our products and heat tools. It's a bit pricey per bottle $23, considering that there are so many other curl reactivating sprays.
