Good for over middle age, but cost is an issue
This was my second favorite product out of the Noevir 99 set (I tried the whole line). I really loved this toner! Non-drying and calming to the skin. No stinging or irritation. Loved the scent! However, like I said, price is certainly an issue. To get the entire Noevir 99 set, it will cost you around two hundred bucks.
